I’m a certified counsellor, teacher, and mindfulness educator serving clients in Sylvan Lake and online. I combine mindfulness, creativity, and trauma-informed care to support individuals, families, and groups in healing, growth, and discovering their strengths and resilience.

Heartmind Creations Services

Through Heartmind Creations, I offer individual counselling, mentoring, and a variety of group wellness experiences—from classes and workshops to retreats, music, and theatre projects. I also offer specialized support for educators, students, and schools. Counselling is covered by many insurance plans, and I offer direct billing to several providers.
