My name is Maria. Welcome to my website!
I am a certified teacher, mindfulness educator and counsellor, as well as a facilitator, director, musician, writer, and artist.
I offer a mix of online and in-person counselling, classes, groups, workshops and retreats, as well as some music & theatre projects!
My work with individuals and groups usually involves supporting them in one or more of the following areas:
